Pinehurst Medical Clinic Welcomes New Primary Care Physician, Expands Primary Care in Pinehurst

Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is excited to announce the addition of Dr. Maria V. Casaine Rodriguez, a highly skilled and compassionate primary care physician, to the team.  Casaine Rodriguez will join the team at PMC Primary Care – Heather Glen.

Casaine Rodriguez completed her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St Kitts and Nevis and graduated with the highest honors. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon, PR.

With over 8 years of experience, she has developed a care philosophy that centers on truly listening to patients. “I believe understanding their concerns, needs, and experiences is essential to providing the best care because sometimes all it takes is to simply listen”, states Casaine Rodriguez. “By practicing this care philosophy, I aim to ensure that each patient feels heard, valued, and involved in their care journey.”

Casaine Rodriguez chose to join PMC as she said the organization proved to be the ideal place to practice medicine. She says, “I’m very excited to become part of a team that values collaboration and respect, all while providing the best care to the Pinehurst community.”

Outside work, she enjoys planning reunions for friends and family, going on walks with her dog, and diving into the occasional romance novel and hosting movie nights.
