We are pleased to inform you that PMC and Humana have executed an agreement to include PMC as a participating in network provider with Humana Medicare Advantage Plans in 2025. This means PMC will be part of Humana's network, and you will be able to access all PMC services and healthcare providers as an in-network benefit.
