Holly Stephenson, LCSW

Biography

Holly Stephenson, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), is a Pinehurst Medical Clinic's wellness team member who provides direct patient care through behavioral health counseling. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, and her graduate degree from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.

As a health coach, Holly works with adolescents, adults, and children ages 12 and older utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patients' lives despite grief, trauma, pain, depression, or anxiety. Holly's care philosophy is to create a warm, encouraging, and compassionate space where patients can build on their strengths and work through any thoughts or beliefs that may be limiting their healing or growth. She says, "I recognize that life can be incredibly challenging, and seeking counseling to navigate its painful moments is a brave and empowering choice. Through a patient-centered approach, I can meet each patient where they are by valuing their experiences and supporting them as they navigate their journey of personal transformation and self-discovery."

Holly loves spending time outdoors, baking sourdough treats, and embracing new challenges. Above all, she treasures time with her family and her dog, Kevin, enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
