Biography
Idelle has a passion for helping people during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Through a career with Pinehurst Medical Clinic Chronic Care Management, Idelle is able to utilize that passion every day. Using a patient-centered approach, she helps patients become educated on their chronic conditions that will, in turn, help them in achieving their personal health care goals. She does this by being a direct point of contact for her patients, assessing them monthly for changes in their conditions or medications, and helping them navigate the health care system to their full advantage. Idelle's favorite part about working in chronic care management is the consistent communication with her patients and getting to know them on a medical and personal level.
