Biography
Logan Heatherly, BSN, RN, is a member of the Wellness Team at Pinehurst Medical Clinic, serving patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). As a CHF Care Coordinator, Logan assists her patients with daily symptoms and ensures they stay aware of their heart health needs.
With a deep passion for the wellness field, Logan finds great joy in helping. She recognizes patients’ stress and uncertainty when managing a chronic condition and is dedicated to providing support and encouragement. Logan’s primary goal as a nurse is to learn and grow in her field while sharing her knowledge with others. Before joining PMC’s Wellness Team, Logan worked as a nurse in PMC’s Cardiology Department for over 5 years. She takes great pride in teaching patients how to live “Heart Strong”, helping them live healthier, happier, and longer lives. Logan finds immense fulfilment knowing that her contributions make a meaningful impact on the overall well-being of those who allow her to be part of their heart health journey.
