Biography
Michael Millard, MD, FACC, is an interventional cardiology physician and earned his bachelor of science in applied science with a concentration in biomedical engineering from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC, and his doctorate from Saint Louis School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Additionally, Dr. Millard completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, and two fellowships at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, TX, in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
As an interventional cardiology physician, Dr. Millard specializes in minimally invasive procedures that help treat coronary artery disease and peripheral arterial disease, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasty, and stent placement.
