Biography
Pat has an extensive 40 year RN background where her career started in New Jersey as a Trauma RN in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Units. During that time, she has earned certifications in Neurological Head Trauma and Rehabilitation. Since moving to North Carolina with her husband and three children 26 years ago, her career path changed course where she specialized in Home Care and Skilled Nursing. In March 2017, she joined PMC and became part of the Transitional Care Management Department as a Transitional Care Coordinator. Her role allows her to follow Pinehurst Medical Clinic patients closely who have been discharged home to ensure they are progressing by communicating with their Primary Care Providers to avoid further hospitalizations. In her spare time, she is an avid quilter and considers herself a home chef.
