Pinehurst Medical Clinic Expands Primary Care Team in Sanford at Greenway Court

Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is pleased to announce the newest addition to its primary care team at PMC-Greenway Court, Elizabeth Tow, FNP-C, who will join the care team of Murali Pisharody, MD, in Sanford.
Tow earned her master’s in nursing with a family practitioner concentration from Simmons University, Boston, MA. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO, and her associate’s degree in nursing locally from Sandhills Community College, Pinehurst, NC.
During her military service, Tow's passion for healthcare was ignited as she witnessed the exceptional care provided by various healthcare professionals to diverse populations. This experience inspired her to develop a patient-centered care philosophy, focusing on collaborating with her patients to enhance their overall health and well-being.
Having worked alongside PMC providers during her clinical rotations in her MSN program, Tow is eager to contribute to the PMC primary care team. She noted that PMC’s reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the community was evident during her time in the clinics, and this was one of the many reasons she joined the team.
Tow resides in Vass, NC, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys running and riding horses.
