Pinehurst Medical Clinic Gastroenterology department is pleased to announce the expansion of services offered in Lee County. Pinehurst Medical Clinic Gastroenterology will now be available to further meet the area’s growing need for gastroenterology and endoscopy services access.
Dr. Ravikant Varanasi, Pinehurst Medical Clinic Gastroenterologist of 18 years, offers gastroenterology services alongside Dr. Behnam Asgharian, Dr. Philip Brondon, Michael Williamson, FNP, and the Sanford team at 110 Denis Drive. Dr. Varanasi’s presence in Sanford will help expand the clinic’s offered services to meet the community’s rising need for digestive healthcare. Dr. Varanasi also sees patients at Pinehurst Medical Clinic Gastroenterology locations in Pinehurst and Pittsboro.
Board-Certified Physician
Dr. Varanasi is a board-certified physician and has been in clinical practice for over 22 years. Dr. Varanasi received his medical degree from the 6-year accelerated B.A.-M.D. program at Lehigh University and Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts and received his gastroenterology training at the University of Maryland.
