Pinehurst Medical Clinic Supports The Public Education Foundation of Moore County

Pinehurst Medical Clinic is committed to being a healthcare and community leader. Pinehurst Medical Clinic recently supported The Public Education Foundation of Moore County to help ensure teachers have access to funds not typically available through school budgets.

The Public Education Foundation of Moore County, was incorporated in 1984 as a non-profit organization. Pinehurst Medical Clinic partnered with The Public Education Foundation of Moore County to support the organization’s mission of “encouraging excellent educational practice in Moore County public schools by providing financial support and recognition for creative engaging learning experiences”

“Community support is essential to the foundation’s ability to provide grants to teachers and we are grateful for Pinehurst Medical Clinic’s generosity,” stated, Andrew Lyons, Public Education Foundation of Moore County, President. “Fundraising efforts have only one purpose; to strengthen the Foundation’s ability to promote excellence in the public schools.”

Since 1984, The Public Education Foundation of Moore County has provided over $250,000 to enhance education in Moore County. The Board of Directors consists of up to 25 volunteer members from varied backgrounds and geographic locations around the county. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible.

“It is a privilege to have the opportunity to provide funding for ideas and instructional projects for teachers that cannot be covered by schools budgets,” stated, Pinehurst Medical Clinic, CEO, Brandon Enfinger.
