Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is pleased to announce the addition of Mark McKinley, PA-C, to its gastroenterology team in Pinehurst at PMC – Heather Glen. McKinley is joining PMC’s established Gastroenterology department, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our patients.
McKinley earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puget Sound.
With a passion for helping others, McKinley finds being a healthcare professional rewarding and has developed a care philosophy focused on shared decision-making. He says, "Ensuring the use of patient-centered care allows me to provide the best healthcare possible."
McKinley brings over six years of clinical experience to the team, a testament to his dedication and expertise. He chose to join PMC due to the organization’s commitment to a world-class standard of care and advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
PMC’s Gastroenterology department consists of 3 clinics in North Carolina with locations in Pinehurst, Sanford, and Pittsboro, along with 10 board-certified gastroenterology physicians and 13 advanced practice providers. McKinley will serve patients at 15 Regional Drive, Pinehurst, NC.
A Moore County resident since 2012, McKinley loves the community and enjoys woodworking, training dogs and cooking for his family.
