Biography
Rebecca O'Dell, LCMHC, is a member of Pinehurst Medical Clinic's Wellness Department and will serve patients who utilize behavioral health services. She earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky, and her graduate degree from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky.
As a health coach at PMC, Rebecca works with older adolescents and adults of all ages. She utilizes evidence-based practices to enhance patients' lives despite grief, trauma, pain, depression, or anxiety. Rebecca's care philosophy is one of warmth, collaboration, and understanding. She recognizes that wellness can be a vulnerable journey, and she is honored to be part of her patients' journeys. By bringing her professional knowledge and training, she can help them work toward their personal wellness goals.
She grew up in Kentucky and has lived in North Carolina for over eleven years. Often, she takes long walks with her sweet golden retriever, Gracie, exploring the state's beautiful parks. She loves to spend time with family, baking, reading, thrifting for treasures, decorating, and going on beach trips.
